Complaints and Returns

Purchases made through the AMI DOO online store in Niš are governed by the Consumer Protection Law of the Republic of Serbia. On this page, you can find out how to submit a complaint and what rights you are entitled to as a consumer.

When Can You Submit a Complaint?

You can submit a complaint in the following circumstances:

• If the delivered product was damaged during transportation.

• If the product is defective or does not function as intended.

• If the product does not match the description or specifications provided on our website.

• If a hidden defect becomes apparent during use.

Please include the following information in your complaint:

• Your order number or fiscal receipt number.

• A description of the problem.

• A photograph of the product, if possible.

Complaint Resolution

Upon receiving your complaint, we are required to register it and provide a response within 8 days. The complaint must be resolved within 15 days of submission, subject to the applicable legal requirements.

Possible resolutions include:

• Repair of the product.

• Replacement with a new product.

• A price reduction.

• A refund to the customer.

Returning Products

If the complaint is found to be justified, AMI DOO will cover the return shipping costs. If the complaint is not justified, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.

The product must be returned in its original or suitable protective packaging to prevent additional damage during transportation.
