Right to Withdraw from a Contract

Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

• Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging, together with the fiscal receipt and accompanying documentation.

• Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the amount paid no later than 14 days, in accordance with applicable law.

• Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Complaints and Warranty

If a delivered product is damaged, defective, or does not match the description on our website, the consumer has the right to submit a complaint.

• You can submit a complaint by email, telephone, or in person at our business premises.

• Upon receiving a complaint, we undertake to respond within the legally prescribed timeframe and offer an appropriate solution, which may include repair, product replacement, or a refund, in accordance with applicable law.

• For products supplied with a warranty certificate, warranty rights are exercised in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms.

Refunds

In the event of withdrawal from a contract or an approved complaint, AMI DOO will refund the amount paid to the customer's account within the legally prescribed timeframe, which may be up to 14 days, depending on the applicable legal requirements and circumstances of the case.

Consumer Obligations

Customers are expected to inspect their goods carefully upon delivery. If you notice damage to the package, you should refuse delivery and immediately notify both the courier and our company.

Customers are responsible for any diminished value of goods resulting from improper handling or use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
