RECEIVING YOUR SHIPMENT
Couriers deliver shipments to the specified delivery address between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Please ensure that someone is available at the address during this period to receive the shipment.
Upon delivery, please visually inspect the package for any visible signs of damage. If you notice significant damage to the shipping box and suspect that the product may have been damaged, refuse to accept the shipment and notify us immediately.
If the package appears to be undamaged, you may accept the shipment and sign the courier's delivery receipt.
The courier will attempt to deliver each shipment twice. If the first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will usually call the phone number you provided when placing your order to arrange a new delivery time.
If the courier is unable to reach you at the specified address during the second attempt, the shipment will be returned to us. Once we receive the returned shipment, we will contact you to determine the reason for the failed delivery and arrange for the order to be shipped again.
